Nursery Operations Lead — Hybrid, Up to £65k + Bonus

Inspired Learning Group is seeking a Nursery Operations Support Manager to help ensure smooth operation across our UK nurseries. You will work with the Head of Nurseries and nursery teams to establish standards, processes and training, with a focus on compliance and consistency.

You will oversee recruitment and staff development, contributing to our growing, financially strong business and ambitious growth agenda. A nursery background and EYFS knowledge are advantageous for this role.
