Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner holding a Level 3 qualification to join their well-regarded nursery in Nottingham . You will be instrumental in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, supporting their learning and development through play-based activities. This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about early years education and committed to delivering high standards of care. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and children to ensure a positive and enriching experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children under your care.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with parents, communicating their child's progress and needs.
• Maintain a stimulating and tidy learning environment.

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare and Education.
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or similar setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child protection policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
