About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their busy team in Stoke-on-Trent . You will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to young children, supporting their development through play and stimulating activities. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Plan and implement a variety of engaging and stimulating activities tailored to children's individual needs and interests.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, maintaining detailed learning records.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, communicating effectively about their child's development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to childcare.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early years education and child development.
