Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute stimulating and age-appropriate activities that foster children's learning and development across all areas.
• Observe, monitor, and record children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, responding to their individual needs with care and understanding.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent care.

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a proactive approach to childcare.
