Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged between 3 months and 5 years, following the EYFS framework.
- Develop and implement creative play-based learning experiences tailored to individual children's needs and interests.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and identify areas for support.
- Ensure all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and families, encouraging their involvement in their child's learning journey.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and stimulating learning environment, ensuring all resources are well-managed and accessible.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in a relevant childcare field.
- Proven experience working in a similar nursery or early years setting.
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding regulations.
- Strong communication, observation, and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
- A passion for child development and a proactive approach to learning and development.
