Busy Bees in St Neots is looking for a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and implement the Bee Curious curriculum across the centre. You will lead a team to uphold the highest standards of care and learning while creating a safe, inclusive environment for every child.

With Level 3 early years qualifications and supervisory experience, you will plan activities, support staff development, monitor progress, and build strong relationships with families and local schools within Busy Bees'
