Nursery Room Leader: Lead Learning & Teams

Busy Bees Ashford Trinity Road, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is embedded across the centre.

In this leadership role you will inspire your team to deliver high quality care and learning, foster strong partnerships with families, and uphold health, safety and safeguarding standards everyday.

You will take on Key Person responsibilities and support staff development to drive continuous improvement.
