The Role

As aNursery Room Leader, you will playa key rolein the day-to-day runningof yourallocatedroom, ensuring thehighest standards ofcare, learning anddevelopment are maintained.

You'll lead byexample, support andmentor colleagues, andcreate a nurturingenvironment where childrenfeel happy, safeand inspired toreach their fullpotential.

NVQ Level 3in Childcare (oranequivalent recognised qualification)

Experience working withinan Early Yearssetting

Strong knowledge ofchilddevelopment and theEYFS

A passion fordelivering outstandingcare and learningexperiences

Excellentleadership, communicationand organisational skills

A commitment tosafeguarding and promotingthe welfare ofchildren
