Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate online lesson plans and activities that align with early years educational frameworks.

- Provide personalized feedback and support to children and parents, maintaining regular communication via digital platforms.
- Assess children's progress through observation and digital portfolios, documenting developmental milestones.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised early years qualification.
- Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or early years educator, preferably with experience in online or remote education.
- Proficiency in using educational technology platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital learning resources.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a virtual classroom effectively.
- A deep understanding of child development and modern pedagogical approaches for early years education.
