Windermere Lodge is a 20-bed acute assessment ward for people who present with mental health disorders. We provide a service for patients who have functional and organic diagnosed or working diagnosis in addition to our frailty pathway. If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification (relevant to your role).
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

An exciting opportunity has arisen on our inpatient assessment ward for new staff to join the team. We would welcome applicants who are enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated to deliver high standards of person-centred care to our patients. In return we can offer the successful candidates, clinical supervision and reflective practice groups, along with training and development opportunities and career planning.
