Nursing Home Manager – Falkirk
Salary: £65,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead the turnaround of a nursing home in Falkirk .
We are looking for a confident, resilient, and highly motivated manager with a proven track record of improving service performance, driving compliance, and leading teams to deliver outstanding care.
About You
- Registered Nurse (preferred, where applicable).
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
- Demonstrable success in turning around underperforming services.
- Strong leadership skills with a firm but fair management style.
- Leads by example and is happy to work alongside the team when needed.
- Commercially aware with the ability to improve occupancy, quality, and financial performance.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes.
