Nurture Teacher - Special Education & Pupil Development

Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln is seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver education for pupils in a specialist nurture setting. You will create and develop learning programmes in your specialist area while supervising support staff and liaising with senior leaders on pupil progress.

You will baseline assess pupils, develop Individual Learning Plans, and contribute to reintegration into mainstream or post-16 provision.
