Nurturing Residential Care Worker for Youth

West Sussex County Council is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker in Crawley. 37 hours per week, permanent contract, salary £29,159–£30,584 per annum including weekend allowances and Crawley weighting.

You will provide a nurturing, safe environment, support individual plans, and work shifts across 07:00–22:00 with occasional sleep-ins; full training and career development are offered.
