Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to join our SEQOHS accredited Workplace Health and Well-Being Centre here at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This role is ideal for candidates who are qualified in, or currently completing, specialist Occupational Health training, offering a broad range of experience within a supportive learning environment.

You will provide expert health advice and care to Trust employees and external clients. The role requires a proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to deliver high quality Occupational Health services. Responsibilities include advising on workplace adjustments relating to physical and mental health needs, applying relevant Occupational Health policies and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Main duties of the job

To provide a high standard of workplace health & wellbeing services to the multi-disciplinary personnel of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and purchasers of the service.

Skills

• General Nursing Skills including Health Promotion
• Health needs assessment
• Mentoring and supporting team member development
• Information technology skills
• Health Surveillance Techniques: audiometry, spirometry, HAVS, interpretation and onward action
• Change management
• Phlebotomy & Immunisations

Knowledge

• Awareness of National OH strategies

Qualifications

• RGN level 1
• Specialist Practitioner SCPHN(OH)/completing training within 12 months or other recognised Occupational Health qualification
• Teaching/Assessing, Mentoring qualification or equivalent

Employer certification / accreditation badges

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
