Occupational Therapist — Community Mental Health Rehab

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust in Canterbury seeks an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our East Kent Community Services. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver flexible, patient-centred rehabilitation in people\'s homes and communities.

You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate interventions, maintain a defined caseload, and collaborate with psychologists, nurses and support workers to promote recovery and independence.
