Occupational Therapist - Reablement Specialist (Southwark)

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client in Southwark. This full-time role supports residents in a Reablement service, working within a multidisciplinary and integrated health and social care team, mainly office-based.

The ideal candidate will hold an Occupational Therapy degree, HCPC registration, and experience in Reablement. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with the ability to work independently.
