Occupational Therapist - St. Albans

Full‑time role, starting September, in a specialist autism school. This role supports children aged 4‑13 with autism, developmental delay, communication needs and social development difficulties. The therapist will help pupils develop independence, confidence, and functional skills.

The Role

• Provide assessment and intervention programmes
• Support sensory regulation and independence
• Work alongside teachers and support staff
• Develop strategies to improve participation and wellbeing
• Support pupils with daily living and learning skills

Ideal Candidate

• HCPC registered
• Experience working with children with SEND
• Understanding of autism and sensory needs
• Enjoys multidisciplinary working
