Job Description
Ocean Export Supervisor – Feltham – Up to £45,000
An established freight forwarding business is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Supervisor to join its team.
The role will involve overseeing day-to-day Ocean Export operations, supporting and developing the team, managing customer requirements and driving operational improvements.
Location: Feltham, UK
Salary: Up to £45,000
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: – Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Ocean Export team.
- Manage workloads and ensure customer procedures are followed.
- Support quotations and new business transitions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, shipping lines and suppliers.
- Monitor operational performance and identify process improvements.
- Support team development, training and performance.
- Assist with compliance and departmental targets.
About You
- Strong Ocean Export experience within freight forwarding.
- Previous supervisory or senior-level experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience coaching and developing team members.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations and systems.
