Office Administrator / Office Assistant - Fully Remote Role

We are assisting a growing residential and commercial legal property services business, and they are recruiting for a Property Administrator / Office Assistant to join the business ASAP. The role can be Part-Time or Full-Time.

This role offers fully remote working and flexible hours.

This role would be ideal for candidates who have proven administration and secretarial experience, preferably within property or legal industries and who are looking for a varied and busy hands-on administration / office assistant role.

Reporting into the MD, the focus of the role is to support the business with all day-to-day administration, secretarial duties and support key people across the business. Key duties and areas of responsibility will include;

• Deal with all incoming calls, direct enquiries and take messages

• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks

• Liaising with the High Court Officer and legal teams

• Adding and updating instructions to the in-house ETHOS system

• Preparing and updating forms, reports and notices

• Reporting and updating clients on a weekly and ad-hoc basis

• Chasing courts for updates and updating relevant parties

For this role candidates will need to have previous experience working within an administration, office assistant or receptionist role, ideally within a property or legal business.

Strong communication skills, organisational and good attention to detail are essential for this role, along with being able to work autonomously and a can-do attitude.
