Pinner Park Primary School is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Office Administrator to join our highly regarded administration team. This is a varied and rewarding role combining reception, educational visits administration, attendance support and catering administration.

As one of the first points of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our large and successful primary school. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the school community while developing your skills in a professional environment.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent service. You will be an organised and proactive administrator with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working in a busy administrative or customer-facing environment.
• Be confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Be able to manage competing priorities and work accurately to deadlines.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
• Be professional, warm, approachable and committed to delivering a positive experience for all members of the school community.

Experience of working in a school environment and using Arbor would be advantageous but is not essential.
