Office Administrator
Central London | Full-Time | Flexible Hybrid Working
A small and growing M&E consultancy based in Central London is looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of administrative tasks and supporting a close-knit team. Alongside general office administration, you will assist with marketing activities, create LinkedIn posts and help maintain the company’s online presence.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing general office administration and day-to-day enquiries
- Organising meetings, diaries and appointments
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
- Maintaining company records, filing systems and internal databases
- Supporting invoicing, expenses and basic financial administration
- Assisting with marketing activities and company communications
- Creating, scheduling and publishing LinkedIn posts
- Updating marketing materials, project information and company profiles
- Supporting recruitment and employee administration where required
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other external contacts
- Ordering office supplies and helping maintain an organised workplace
- Providing general administrative support to the directors and wider team
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an office administration, business support or marketing support role
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using LinkedIn and creating professional social media content
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once
- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach
- A friendly and professional manner
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Experience within an engineering, construction, property or professional-services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
