The Role
We are looking for an Office & Compliance Coordinator to ensure our London office runs smoothly while keeping the business compliant with U.K. regulations. This is a hands-on role in a growing-office environment , ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both administrative and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative processes
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and records
- Maintain filing systems and documentation
- Support departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Implement company compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company adheres to U.K. law
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Investigate and report compliance incidents
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and functional workplace
Skills & Experience
- Office Administration / Office Management
- Administrative Support & Records Management
- Compliance Monitoring & Regulatory Compliance (UK Law)
- Internal Audits & Policy Implementation
- Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills
- Time Management and Multi-tasking
- Problem Solving and Communication Skills
- Previous experience in compliance, administration, or office coordination preferred
