Details: Portishead | 3 Days per Week (Monday – Wednesday 22.5 hours per week) | office based

Our client, a friendly and growing organisation based in Portishead, is seeking a Part-Time Office & HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a people-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering efficient administrative support.

Working closely with the wider team, you'll be responsible for a combination of office administration and HR support duties, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

£26,900 FTE pro rata

Office Administration

• Managing office supplies and equipment
• Handling incoming calls, emails and answering the door
• Coordinating meetings, diaries, and room bookings
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Supporting with travel arrangements and general office coordination
• Assisting with company events and team activities

HR Administration

• Supporting employee onboarding and induction processes
• Preparing employment documentation and maintaining personnel records
• Assisting with recruitment administration and interview scheduling
• Updating HR systems and ensuring employee data is accurate
• Providing general administrative support to the HR function

You will need:

• Experienced in administration, ideally within an office or HR environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A strong communicator with a professional and approachable manner
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
