RETAIND Ltd in Coventry/Midlands is seeking an organised Repairs & Maintenance Scheduler to coordinate planned maintenance, reactive repairs and small projects across client sites. This office-based role focuses on bookings, diary management for engineers and ensuring documentation is in place before works start.

You will liaise with clients, engineers and subcontractors, prepare RAMS and site paperwork, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
