About the Role
We are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Office & HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes ownership of responsibilities, and confidently supports both office operations and HR activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing valuable support to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
Key Responsibilities
✅ Office administration and coordination
✅ Supplier management and relationship coordination
✅ Purchasing, invoice processing and expense administration
✅ Filing, document management and record maintenance
✅ Supporting employee onboarding and office logistics
✅ Managing correspondence and internal communications
✅ Providing administrative support to the HRBP
✅ Assisting with ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For
Essential
✔ Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (written and spoken)
✔ Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Confident working independently and managing competing priorities
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint✔ Professional communication skills with employees, suppliers and stakeholders
Highly Desirable
⭐ Experience working within a multinational organisation
⭐ Previous exposure to fast-paced corporate environments
⭐ Experience managing invoices, purchasing processes and supplier coordination
⭐ HR administration experience would be advantageous
