Office Manager, Administrative Assistant – Part-time

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the London office and act as the first point of contact for office-related topics
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and office supplies
• Support document management, filing, invoice handling and maintaining office records
• Welcome visitors and coordinate meeting rooms
• Assist with general administrative requests from employees

Requirements

• Previous experience in office management, team assistance, administration or a similar support role
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
• Highly organized, reliable and proactive, with a hands-on mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProfessional communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Availability for 24 hours per week across 3 days
• Ability to work in the office at least 2 of 3 days
