Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts for services such as cleaning, IT support, and supplies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar supervisory administrative role.
