We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Manager within a reputable classic car business located in Wimbledon. Duties of a Office Manager:
- Act as the primary executive assistant to the company leader, managing diaries and scheduling appointments
- Handle diverse administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and general office support
- Provide HR assistance as required, supporting recruitment and employee relations
- Manage office facilities to ensure a smooth daily operation
- Oversee bookkeeping and accounts administration, with a preference for experience in Xero accounting software
- Arrange transport, travel bookings, and logistical requirements for the business
- Manage bank transactions, reconcile payments, and support financial documentation and reporting
Requirements of a Office Manager:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, including diary management and office support
- Experience with bookkeeping and reconciling bank statements
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude
- Flexibility to work hours that accommodate personal commitments and business needs
