Office Services Manager - Law - Manchester

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an Office Services Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of its Manchester office and support wider operational activities across the UK network.
Working as part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering a first-class service to both internal stakeholders and external visitors. You will also have responsibility for supervising and developing members of the Office Services team.
Key responsibilities and objectives will include:
Supervising the day-to-day delivery of office services operations
Managing and developing team members through coaching, reviews, appraisals and regular one-to-ones
Liaising with internal stakeholders, visitors, suppliers and contractors
Managing meeting room support and hospitality services
Coordinating office supplies, stationery, refreshments and facilities requirements
Processing invoices, maintaining records and supporting budget administration
Assisting with office moves and wider workplace projects
Supporting incoming and outgoing mail services
Maintaining visitor procedures, passes and reception support when required
Managing rotas, holiday records and operational scheduling
Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, records and documentation
Helping maintain a well-presented, efficient and welcoming office environment at all times
Acting as a First Aider and supporting wider operational requirements as needed
The successful candidate will offer:
Previous experience managing office services, workplace or facilities operations
Supervisory or team leadership experience
