People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Office Transport Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Portbury, Bristol . This role would suit candidates with experience as a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator, Transport Planner, Operations Administrator, Office Administrator, or Customer Service Administrator.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts: 04:30 - 13:00 and 12:30 - 20:00

Rates of Pay

• £14.36 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As an Office Transport Coordinator, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Booking transport professionals and hauliers between brand distribution centres
• Responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising with external companies to coordinate drivers and transport movements
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
• Scheduling depot and logistics hub timetables for deliveries
• Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Supporting the transport team with general administration duties

Essential Skills

To be successful as an Office Transport Coordinator, you will need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
