Offshore Installation Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Offshore Installation Manager to lead and manage all aspects of offshore operations for their projects in the Oxford region and surrounding waters. This senior leadership role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely execution of offshore construction, commissioning, and maintenance activities. You will command a diverse team of offshore personnel, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. This is a demanding yet rewarding position for a proven leader in the offshore Oil & Gas industry , with significant responsibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all offshore construction, installation, and hook-up activities in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management are maintained offshore.
• Manage and lead offshore crews, fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with onshore support teams, marine assurance, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement offshore execution strategies, contingency plans, and risk management protocols.
• Manage offshore logistics, asset integrity, and emergency response procedures.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in offshore project management and operations within the Oil & Gas industry .
• Proven track record in a leadership role, such as Offshore Installation Manager or Construction Manager.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction techniques, marine operations, and safety regulations (e.g., OIM, IMCA guidelines).
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Valid offshore survival certificates and medical examinations.
