About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Offshore Installation Manager to oversee their remote operations. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of offshore installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary offshore teams, fostering a strong safety culture and high performance.
• Oversee risk management processes, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in offshore construction and installation project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry .
