Offshore Wind Farm Operations Lead (Shift Manager)

SSE PLC is seeking an Offshore Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm, coordinating maintenance and teams to maximise asset performance while upholding the highest safety standards.

You will be the senior onshore-offshore operational lead during your shift, working with onshore colleagues and contractors to drive safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement across the asset.
