On-Desk Trade Assistant at Global Macro Hedge Fund

OCR is working with a global macro hedge fund looking to hire a Trade Assistant into its London office.

The role will involve trade booking, resolving trade breaks and supporting Portfolio Managers and Traders across market data, risk and positions. You will work closely with multiple PMs and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Career progression is designed to offer a clear pathway into the front office. While the timing of any transition will depend on individual performance, business requirements and available opportunities, the firm has a strong track record of developing talent internally and supporting long-term career progression.

The ideal candidate will have two plus years prior Trade Assistant or Trade Support experience within a hedge fund or investment bank, alongside a strong Macro / Rates background.
