On-Site Facilities Manager | Lead Client & Service Delivery

ISS Facilities Services in Basildon is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site facilities delivery, coordinating hard and soft services to meet contractual obligations.

You will manage client relationships, drive performance, oversee safety, compliance, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved while mentoring on-site teams.

The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, on-site with flexibility to support peak periods as needed.
