On-site Mobile Plant Operator – Waste Site

Biffa is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative at Lingerton, Lochgilphead to operate mobile plant on site, including compactor and shunter vehicles, delivering safe material movements in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will perform daily checks, maintain equipment to high standards, and work with the operations team. The role follows a 10-on, 4-off shift pattern and emphasises safety and compliance across the site.
