On-Site Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Facilities)

SCC in Birmingham is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative - Fabric to support day-to-day maintenance, repair, and servicing of facilities on-site at James House. The role requires a versatile candidate with general labouring skills, basic plumbing knowledge, and the ability to perform across multiple trades.

Security clearance or willingness to apply may be required. A full UK driving licence is essential, with an 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule.
