On-Site Porter & Building Maintenance Specialist

Chancery Quarters in Holborn, London, is seeking a reliable Porter/Caretaker to join the on-site team during a significant refurbishment programme. You’ll be a visible presence in communal areas, assist with luggage, deliveries and general housekeeping, and coordinate with the Building Manager and contractors.

You’ll carry out basic repairs, health and safety checks, support with snag-inspections, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and residents.
