On‑Site Safety & Compliance Lead

University of Bristol on a NG Bailey project seeks a Resident Compliance Manager to lead health, safety and compliance from day one on site. You will report to the Contract Manager and cover during their absence, shaping the contract as it evolves.

NEBOSH General Certificate (or Level 3) and solid knowledge of UK H&S law are essential. Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services is desirable, with strong stakeholder management and independent working style.
