Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test new equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, implementing effective repair strategies.
- Respond to urgent service requests and provide timely on-site support.
- Maintain accurate service logs and document all technical activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a field service, technical support, or installation role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the South Yorkshire region.
