On-Site Team Leader
Location: Northampton, UK (NN4)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift: Tuesday-Thursday: 10:00-18:00; Fiday-Saturday: 14:00-22:00
Omnia Resourcing, one of the fastest-growing recruitment agencies, is looking for a passionate and motivated On-Site Team Leader to join one of our busy sites Northampton.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
Coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate workflow.
Monitor productivity, performance, and quality standards.
Support and train team members to maintain consistent performance.
Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.About You:
Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
