Onboarding Product Manager – Fintech Platform

Capital on Tap is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end onboarding journeys across Credit and Banking for both new customers and existing customers cross-selling into new products. Design and optimise flows from initial sign-up through to account activation.

You will map the full journey, including unhappy paths, and drive discovery to identify opportunities to improve onboarding. Collaborate with engineers and designers to balance customer experience with architecture and compliance.
