About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Online Beauty Consultant to join their team on a hybrid basis in Reading . This role involves providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice to clients through various digital channels, as well as participating in in-person events or consultations when required. You will be passionate about beauty products and dedicated to helping customers find the perfect solutions for their needs. This position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute to a growing beauty brand, combining remote work with occasional physical presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding beauty products, ingredients, and usage via email, chat, and social media.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Assist customers with navigating the company's website and online purchasing process.
• Participate in virtual product demonstrations and online beauty events.
• Occasionally assist with in-person beauty counters or promotional events as needed.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or retail sector.
• Good knowledge of skincare and/or makeup products and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
