About the Role

Our client is looking for a vibrant and engaging Online Community Manager to foster and grow their digital communities in Glasgow . This role is pivotal in building relationships with customers, managing online conversations, and ensuring a positive brand experience across social media and forums. You will be the voice of the brand online, responsible for creating a loyal and active community around our e-commerce offerings. This is a remote-first position, offering great flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
• Monitor and participate in online conversations on social media, forums, and review sites.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely, empathetic, and on-brand manner.
• Create and share engaging content that encourages interaction and discussion within the community.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates within the online community.
• Analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics, providing insights to inform marketing and product strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of online communication etiquette.
• Experience with social media management tools and community platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive online relationships and manage online reputation.
• Creative thinking and a passion for building online communities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
