About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Online Course Developer to join their team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective online courses across various subjects. You will work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and interactive learning modules. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and structure comprehensive online courses using established instructional design principles .
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create engaging learning materials, including text, multimedia, quizzes, and interactive exercises.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools to build and publish course content.
• Ensure courses meet accessibility standards and are optimized for a seamless remote learning experience .
• Conduct quality assurance testing and iterate on course content based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in online course development and curriculum design.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies .
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
