Online Course Facilitator - Higher Education

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online courses, engaging with students regularly through discussion forums, email, and virtual meetings.
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments, quizzes, and other assessments in a timely manner.
• Respond to student inquiries and technical issues related to the online learning platform.
• Monitor student progress and identify students who may require additional support or intervention.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of online course content and delivery methods, working remotely.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant academic field or a degree in Education/Teaching.
• Previous experience in teaching or facilitating courses, preferably in an online or higher education setting.
• Strong understanding of online learning platforms (LMS) and digital communication tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
