You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative online courses and educational content for a diverse range of learners. This role requires a deep understanding of pedagogical principles, digital learning technologies, and curriculum design best practices, specifically within Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, high-quality online courses and learning modules for STEM subjects.
• Create instructional materials, including interactive content, video scripts, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Ensure all curriculum content is aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists.
• Evaluate and incorporate feedback to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum development initiatives.
• Research and recommend new technologies and approaches for online learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, Education, or Instructional Design.
• Proven experience in online curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and online pedagogy.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience developing STEM-specific content is highly desirable.
