About the Role
Our client is searching for an innovative Online Curriculum Developer to design and create comprehensive digital learning programs. This is a remote role where you will work closely with educators and industry experts to develop cutting-edge curricula for online delivery. You will be responsible for structuring content, defining learning outcomes, and integrating interactive elements to ensure an effective and engaging educational experience. This position is critical for scaling our client's online offerings and enhancing the learning journey for students worldwide, with administrative oversight from Reading .
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed online course curricula aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Structure course content logically for online delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development , particularly for online environments.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning technologies.
- Excellent research, writing, and content creation skills.

- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
