About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online course content, including interactive modules, assessments, and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex subject matter into accessible and effective online learning experiences.
• Ensure all online curriculum adheres to instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of curriculum development, from initial concept and design to implementation and revision.
• Utilise a range of e-learning tools and technologies to create rich and interactive learning materials.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluations of online learning programs to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing online courses for higher education or professional development.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and multimedia design.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
