In this role, you will design and deliver engaging online learning sessions for young children, develop creative digital resources, and support parents in facilitating their child's learning journey at home. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver interactive online lesson plans and activities for children aged 3-5 years.
- Create engaging digital learning materials, including videos, interactive games, and printable resources.
- Facilitate virtual group sessions, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment for children.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers on home-based learning strategies.
- Assess children's progress through observation and digital interaction, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve online curriculum and delivery methods.
Requirements
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Proven experience working directly with young children in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent digital literacy and proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Creative and innovative approach to lesson planning and resource development for a digital format.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills suitable for virtual interaction with children and adults.
